汝瓷多需二次入窑，先素烧，复釉烧。釉面开片纹乃出窑冷却时，釉与胎身之收缩速度不同所致，起因偶然，却成汝瓷特色。烧成如同天然宝石结晶般闪烁迷人之冰裂釉色，却仍需天时地利，非人为可控制。
