此瓶直颈溜肩，配双贯耳，瓶外壁通体及足内均施官窑釉，色泽米黄，釉色温润如玉，质感十足，淡雅隽永，铁线开片浑然天成，圈足平实，呈铁褐色，极其精致，且宋代官窑器的“紫口铁足”的特征极为明显，透出官窑略带紫色的胎骨，整个器体大面积素朴无饰，素雅而明朗。装饰处理与瓷釉完美结合，堪称中国古代官瓷的典范，宋之官窑，举世稀珍，于南北两故宫中，亦属不可多得之物。今之所见，官窑上品者，均为博物馆收藏。
