此梅瓶呈八棱形，制作工藝難度極大，應用模制而成，小口折沿，短頸，豐肩斜腹，腹下漸收，圈足微外撇。整器用進口青花料裝飾，肩部上方飾卷雲紋，環繞一周，連續不斷，肩部、腹部、脛部均飾如意雲頭紋開光兩兩相對，各繪折枝花果紋和鳳紋主題紋飾，畫工精湛，線條流暢，構圖層次豐富卻無繁密之感，青花發色濃艷深沈，器型規整，品相完好，彌足珍貴，是一件不可多得的元青花之精品。
